Let me guess, your athlete is their own worst CRITIC.
Sounds about right because I see it play out, every day.
I'm a 2x Olympian and Mental Toughness Coach, and there is no one harder on your athlete than THEMSELVES.
This inner critic is also known as the voice of FEAR and it wants to TAKE OVER.
And I get it...fear is INEVITABLE. It is part of the emotional storms that sport brings.
But that voice? That voice of FEAR? It doesn't need to make them HIDE.
Why not hand the microphone to the voice of COURAGE? What would that voice say?
Sounds simple, doesn't it? Simple but not easy.
The good news? Your athlete is not alone. One of my clients is an Olympic medalist, and the struggle with fear is real.
I taught this client to RE-FRAME fear and your athlete can do it too.
Consider this...
WITHOUT FEAR, THERE CAN BE NO COURAGE.
If we are never nervous, how can we practice courage?
If we are never worried, how can we practice courage?
Fear is an opportunity to strengthen our courage.
I can help your athlete strengthen their courage, in 15 minutes, on a FREE call. All you have to do is book it and show up.
CHANGE DOESN'T TAKE TIME. IT TAKES COURAGEOUS ACTION.
