Perfection is a FEAR BASED behaviour.

Perfectionism ISN'T the path to success.

It’s the path to STRESS, SELF-DOUBT, and playing it SAFE.

As a 2X Olympian & Mental Toughness Coach, I see it all the time; athletes so FOCUSED on being PERFECT, their FEAR of being IMPERFECT stops them from stretching their comfort zone.

Perfectionism is rooted in FEAR; fear of being judged, fear of SELF-JUDGEMENT.

And the most FEARFUL athletes I work with are the perfectionists.

When your athlete is focused on gaining approval by being perfect, they live in fear of NOT getting that approval.

Athletes DO NOT become great by being perfect; instead they get better at self-acceptance. They get better at ACCEPTING their imperfections.

What if your athlete DIDN'T feel the need to be perfect?

What if they could take risks, make mistakes, try hard things, AND accept themselves, even with an IMPERFECT outcome?

That’s the MENTAL TOUGHNESS that will shift them from GOOD to GREAT.

And teaching this to athletes is my SPECIALTY.

It feels sh-tty being a PRISONER to perfection. Why not book a FREE, 15 minute call? I will share my specialty with your athlete and help them get OUT OF JAIL.

PS: The call won't be perfect, but it will be SERVICE, not sell focused.

CHANGE DOESN'T TAKE TIME. IT TAKES COURAGEOUS ACTION.
