You're NOT Simone Biles, so be the best YOU.

Be the best YOU.

As parents, it’s natural to look at the biggest names in sports and wish the same for your athlete.

But here’s the reality; greatness isn’t about COPYING someone else’s path. It’s about your athlete OWNING THEIR journey and embracing THEIR unique strengths, while pursuing excellence (not perfection).

Your athlete isn't here to be the "next" great.

They’re here to become the best version of THEMSELVES, period.

I’m a 2X Olympian and Mental Toughness Coach, and when athletes are given the mental tools to be their best selves, GREATNESS happens.

Confidence isn’t built by comparing, it’s built by focusing on their personal growth because the toughest opponent they will ever face IS WITHIN.

"It's YOU vs YOU." This is what I teach when working with athletes; this is how I help them fill their Mental Toughness toolkit.

So, let’s stop trying to fit athletes into someone else’s shoes.

Because they’re not the next anyone; they’re the FIRST them. And that’s exactly how it should be.

CHANGE DOESN'T TAKE TIME. IT TAKES COURAGEOUS ACTION.
